Building a new one of wordpress themes you should know some tips of CMS standard.
This is a description will show you how to create image of your wordpress themes correctly after you have build own themes soft. it is not difficult to do you just capture your home page website and save it to image file and than name screenshot.png

• Size: width 300 px , height 225 (Recommended).
• Maximum size: width  320, height :240px.
• Location: put it in the home directory of your themes.
